Shipping & Exchanges
After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation that your order is being processed. We strive to ship your order within 3-5 days of its placement given that all ordered items are in stock.
Domestic and International Shipping
Gemini Handmade is happy to ship to whatever corner of the globe you may call home. Please note that shipping charges and times vary greatly for different destinations, and plan accordingly. Domestic orders within the USA are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with insurance, tracking, and delivery confirmation. Orders shipped internationally are shipped via First Class International Mail. Please email us if you would prefer faster international shipping and insurance, and we will happily work with you to accommodate your shipping needs.
Tracking and Insurance
When your order ships, you will be emailed a tracking number and delivery estimate for your package. Please know that should your shipping address be for an apartment in a major metro area (NYC, LA, etc.) and your package is too large for your mail box (bigger than a card or small print) you will be required to sign for your package. This helps to prevent packages being lost or stolen in between delivery by the USPS and your return home!
Grand Rapids Pick-Up and Delivery
We offer free local pick-up at our brick and mortar location in downtown Grand Rapids, MI. We also deliver within the city of Grand Rapids for a small fee- drop us a note and we'd be happy to help!
Gemini Handmade does not accept returns on our goods. That said, we understand that when ordering on the internet, sizing can be a challenge. We are happy to exchange UNWORN shoes, belts, and other sized items within 14 days of receiving your order. All exchanges must first be approved by an authorized owner at Gemini Handmade. We ask that all exchanges be returned in their original packaging, with tags, and with a copy of your receipt. Please email us prior to shipping your return. Items that cannot be exchanged for another size or style due to lack of stock will be given store-credit.
WORN GOODS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We're happy to help with your gift list needs for friends, family, clients, and co-workers, and offer gift-wrapping services during the holiday season.
